Kathmandu to Pokhara
Pokhara to Kimche (1,640m) Trekking to Ghandruk (1,940m), the largest settlement of the ethnic community of Gurungs in Nepal. The majestic and the spectacular view of the Annapurna range, Hiunchuli, Machhapuchhre are the pride of this place
Ghandruk to Kuldigar (2,540m, 5-6 hours) The trail passes Chhomrong, descends down to the river and ascends up to enter the Sanctuary after crossing the bridge. You will pass by the village of Sinwa
Kuldhigar to Himalaya (2,920m, 5-6 hours) Walking through the forest of Kuldhighar, the track goes steeply up through deep bamboo, rhododendron and oak forest.
Himalaya to Machhapuchhre BC (3,700m, 5-6 hours) A trek of the narrow Modi Khola valley will bring you almost to the base of the MBC. The trek gradually ascends to higher altitude as you push on to attain your goal of reaching the ABC. We will be able to reach the Machhapuchhre Base Camp slowly but surely.
MBC to ABC (4,130m) and back to Bamboo (2,310m, 6-7 hours) You will begin your hike to the Annapurna Base Camp in the early hours of morning. There is a small, hill view point which offers a majestic view of Machhapuchhare, Gangapurna, and Annapurna I and III and many more neighboring peaks. The trail backtracks to Bamboo.
Bamboo to Jhinu Danda (Hot Springs) (1,780m, 6-7 hours) Give your tired muscles a well-deserved rest in the delightful hot springs. From Bamboo, it is a 3 hour walk to Chhomrong. The trail then descends down to Jhinu village, where you will be resting for the night.
