The route will start from Lukla, Namche following to the Everest Base Camp and then to the lakes of Gokyo.

On the first day, you will be traveling from your home country to Nepal. Nepal is a country famous for its highest peaks, beautiful UNESCO cultural heritage sites, temples, monasteries, and diverse cultures. The arrival airport is known as Tribhuvan International Airport, located in Kathmandu.
Pick up from the airport and drop off at the hotel. Meet your fellow group members, and guide them for the whole trek. Information will be given to you about the trekking and then you can spend the evening at the hotel.
The next day's plan is as follows. Firstly, you will check out from the hotel and will be taken to the airport in the assigned vehicle. The flight will be an early one around 7-8 am in morning. The destination will be Lukla which stands at an altitude of 2,846m.
While on the plane, you can see a clear view of the mountains, rivers, and the Kathmandu valley. After 30 minutes, you will have lunch at Lukla.
Hike up till Phakding ( 2,610m) where you will rest for the night.
A long day hike from Phakding to Namche Bazaar. It will be a steep uphill trail where you will be able to meet many yaks, trekkers, porters, and also bridges on the way.
Namche Bazaar has an altitude of 3,440m. This town is popular for its numerous cafes, lodges, bakeries, and also a sauna.
Hike up till Namche Bazaar, and rest for the whole day.
On this day, you can rest for the whole day in Namche Bazaar. The guide will instruct you for the day, however, if you want to explore the town with your friends or by yourself, that can be possible as well.
Hike till Sagarmatha National Park Museum, where you can visit the Art Gallery. Here, there are pictures of Sir Edmund Hillary, Tenzing Norgay Sherpa, and also other Everest summiteers. The Sherpas has preserved this gallery properly for the visitors.
Roam around the town, and come back to the hotel for dinner.
The fifth day will consist of a hike from Namche Bazaar to Deboche(3870m). The route is mixed with uphill and downhill as well. Firstly, you will take an uphill walk up to Tengboche monastery. You can take pictures here and also visit this holy site.
Later, it is a downhill walk to Deboche, where you will find a small number of lodges. Lodge here for the night.
The sixth day's journey will begin in Deboche and end in Pheriche(4,371m). The path you'll take will be slightly uphill. The lodges are spread out over a vast area. In this village, you may also visit a pharmaceutical clinic for check-ups and witness many helipads.
The journey might be slightly difficult due to the altitude. After reaching the destination, you can rest at the lodge and call it a day.
This day is marked with long hours of hike, and a rocky uphill to reach Lobuche(4,940m). As you progress up the trail, you will be able to see memorials to the brave souls who died while attempting to conquer Mount Everest.
The trail will then follow a straight path till you reach Lobuche. Rest in the lodge and enjoy the evening.
Today is one of the crucial days of the trip. Hiking for around 2-3 hours we will reach Gorakshep at approximately 11 am. This is our stay for the night too. We will be having After lunch we go to ebc it takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to reach there. We will be arriving at the hotel at around 4 pm.
Hike Duration: 3 - 4 hours
Early morning trek to Kala Patthar, at 4 am. 3 hours hike to Kala Patthar. Back to the lodge, arrange bags and essentials, and go to Lobuche.
9: 30 start the hike and walk for 2 hours to reach Lobuche. Lunch at Lobuche. Take rest for some time. Next 2 hours hike to dzongla. Reach dzongla at around 3-4 hours
Total Hike Duration: 8 hours.
After breakfast, we start our trek to cross Chola pass which takes 3.5 hours on average to reach there.
Chola pass is not a difficult or technical climb but we do need normal crampons as the surface is all icy and very slippery. We have to cross icy terrain. We will have pack lunch, as there is no settlement on the road to Chola pass. During the climb at Chola pass, you do need to be careful though, and listen to your guide to avoid any accident.
After crossing Chola pass we descend to Dragnag through rocky landscape. We can see beautiful mountains in front of the trail such as Nirekha, Cho oyu, and glaciers like Gozompo glaciers. We gradually reach Dragnag, then cross through Gozompo glacier.
Overnight at Gokyo
Total hike duration: 9 - 10 hours
We wake up early at 5 am to start our hike to Gokyo ri which takes about 2.5 – 3 hours. Gokyo ri is a very beautiful viewpoint where we can see panoramic views of Gokyo lake, and beautiful views of mountains like Everest, Makalu, Cho Oyu. Descend back to lodge, and have our lunch. We continue our trek to Machhermo ( 2.5 – 3 hours hike).
Hike Duration: 8 hours.
Today we will cover lots of distance. Trails are a mixture of ascent and descent while the majority of the trail is descending down.
After breakfast, we continue our trek, via Dole to reach Phortse tanga. There are small tea houses available in this area. We will also have lunch there. We will be hiking through the rhododendron forest and can get to see some beautiful waterfalls. We will be constantly seeing mountains along the trail. During the main season ( spring and autumn) we can get clear views of the mountains and sceneries. We will continue our trek. After about an hour of a hike from Phortse tanga, we reach mongla which is a small pass. Continuing the trek we descend down via Khyangjuma and then reach Namche. Hike for this day is easy but long.
Hike Duration: 9-10 hours
Leaving the beautiful town of Namche we head towards Lukla. We hike mostly descending downwards. The altitude also gradually decreases. Overnight at Lukla.
Hike duration 7 -8 hours.
We will take an early flight from Lukla to Kathmandu, Again if the weather is clear we can get a beautiful aerial view of the mountains and valleys. Our representative will be there at the domestic airport to receive you and transfer you to the hotel.
You will be having some free time today, where you can enjoy by taking a city tour, buying souvenirs, or just relaxing at the hotel.
Your amazing adventure in Nepal ends this day when you will be returning to your home country. Our representative will accompany you to the hotel and guide you with all the required documents required for the flight.

There are no compulsory vaccinations to visit Nepal is not required. Although the dangers are many.
One must be very careful. Particularly in Kathmandu. In any case not to drink unboiled water, do not buy dubious and beverage, to wash hands thoroughly. You may also want to consult with your doctor and collect individual first aid kit.
Mountain sickness:
Any person traveling above 2500m may experience mild symptoms of altitude sickness. The first signs are headache, fatigue, insomnia, loss of appetite, loss of body fluid and swelling. When you see these symptoms should stay at that altitude acclimatization to the full body. Should eat from 2 to 4 liters of fluid per day. If symptoms persist, and the condition worsens, you should immediately go down. Sometimes even the 300m. can play a crucial role. When planning your trip, leave a spare few days to acclimatize to the altitude of 3700m and 4300m. After 4000m try not to go up by more than 500m per day. You may not adequately assess his condition, so always follow the advice of an accompanying guide or locals.
