Passport & Visa:

You need to have a valid passport having minimum of 6 months of validity from the return date. You can get Nepalese visa from the Nepalese consulate in your country or arrival in Kathmandu Airport. The costs of Visa are exclusive responsibility of clients.

Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance is must for all the clients for any tour. The insurance should offer enough protection for full duration of the tour which covers personal injury, death, medical expenses, repatriation expenses, helicopter rescue, air ambulance and adequate cover for baggage.

Health and fitness:

All tour and treks in Nepal demand a sufficient level of fitness, therefore you should check with your doctor concerning your health and fitness before preceding your journey. You have any pre existing medical condition or disability you might increase the risk of you requiring medical attention you need to inform to Seven Summit Club Pvt. Ltd.. this may also hamper your ability to travel.

Children:

A legal guardian must be there accompanying the travelers under the age of sixteen. If you have any queries related to age contact us for further information.

Publicity:

You should agree that we (Seven Summit Club Pvt. Ltd.) can use image you have taken during the trip without any compensation to you. This is needed for publicity and promotion through whatever medium it can be.

Travel Insurance:

While traveling with us you need to have a maximum degree of flexibility, good sense of humor and considerate about the mode of transportation, accommodation and itinerary may change even after the tour has started due to some unavoidable circumstances such as flight delay, cancellation or postpone due to whether in the high altitude or other erratic situation like land slide, road blockage, flood, snow, political instability etc. in such condition Seven Summit Club Pvt. Ltd. cannot refund any duty due to prior supplier arrangements. If doable we will make an effort to provide you any other alternative trip of same category. We do not acknowledge any blame regarding loss of employment, delays or compensation that results from situations which are beyond our control. Our holiday, tour and trek packages are designed based on twin share accommodation. Thus, an extra appendage will be charged to those clients who do not have another tour participant to share accommodation with. We too reserve the right to modify our pricing rates posted in our marketing material, under various situations which are beyond our control for e.g. changes in exchange rate, government action etc.
